A partial recovery with strong meds has enabled Fiona to take up reviewing. Initially she began with the now defunct Happenstance moving on to literary magazines such as Ink Sweat and Tears. Fiona finds it a great way to try out new poets and their work (without paying. She is quite shameless about this). More recently and quite by accident she began reviewing for Turner contemporary. Her review for Tracy Emin being used as a strap line for their advertising. She found it quite bemusing on one occasion to be at a press day surrounded by ‘proper art critics’.
